TikTok is reportedly planning to challenge the Trump Administration Ban
According to the NPR report, TikTok plans to sue the Trump administration over the order of banning the TikTok app in the US, they could file a federal lawsuit challenging the order as soon as Tuesday.
The lawsuit is expected to be filled in the U.S District Court for the southern district of California, where the headquarters of TikTok America is.
A TikTok spokesperson pointed to the company's blog post on the matter, "We have made clear that TikTok has never shared user data with the Chinese government, not censored content at its request".
According to the reports, TikTok has also engaged in preliminary discussions with Twitter over a possible combination.
